Browse the listings

Listings come from landlords, from Student Spots agents, and from current tenants subleasing under their master lease. Before a sublease can publish, the lister uploads their master lease and confirms in writing that their landlord approved it.

E-sign and move in

Both parties sign the sublease through DocuSign, with a full audit trail. Once it is fully signed you pay first month’s rent through Stripe to activate, and the signed PDF stays on the agreement page.
